A bit about RL and The Nine: Episode 8.

Catching up on many post-holiday things. Including a very dirty house. Seriously! Mr Alexander + house + two weeks = I should have thought more about leaving him alone there! Also featured:
- Working with my daughter on her confidence levels. She was described as above average in everything in her yearly school report but there was a mentioning of the fact that she is afraid of making mistakes.. (But jubilation! My baby is clever!) At the moment I am trying to help her to enjoy the fun of doing new things and to see that making mistakes is fun. I am trying my best not to overdo it and at the same time I am worrying madly that may be I am already overdoing it. But she seems to enjoy things we are doing together so I can't be overdoing it too badly. Optimism is the key :D
- Getting back to one's work after two weeks is a bit of a shock. I am not complaining because I love my job to bits but Can I have another week of holidays? Or may be two?
- Everyone around at work is having new babies. I want one too! (Ok, I know it is not a fast procedure but still!)
Fannish sitrep
But even though I am dozing off every evening at 9.00 pm because my body still thinks it is 12.00 pm of Moscow time I watched episode 8 of "The Nine", Turning Point yesterday. This was the start of the second part of this cancelled show (only 13 episodes but all great!) about a group of 9 hostages and 52 hours they spent in the bank stand-off.
I enjoyed this episode very much, it was very tense and full of suspense and unanswered questions ( like for example (the rest is spoilery) )
( Pictures on Nick Cavanaugh played by Tim Daly because he is so manly in everything )
PS "The Nine" is a great show and I am sad that it only has 13 episodes. ** sigh **..
