A picspam and a question: Best kisses on Moonlight so far.

What is your favourite kiss on "Moonlight"? This is a very serious question, you see. "Moonlight" spoils us with generous, numerous and intense scenes of kissing. Every week I think "Oh, this is definitely my favourite kiss on this show" and when a new week comes along I change my mind. We've seen it all – love, jealousy, angst. Plus I am almost dying from angst myself as the next week will be the last in Moonlight. And for how long?. NOOO!

I must console myself by speaking about kissing. Because: my poor heart should eventually burst from all this love. Spoilers up to the episode 1.11

1. Mick and Coraline's wedding kiss of eternal love OR eternal death?



2. Mick and Beth: the ultimate kiss of a vampire (by endlessdeep)



3. Mick and Beth's first kiss. She kissed him first! And he produced a happiest smile of a love-stricken 12 year boy!



4. A kiss that almost happened, or "I wanna be close to you". I keep thinking what could have happened if Beth didn't rush upstairs but proceeded with the kissing. This one thing could have changed the whole story!



5. Jealousy, obsession, craziness, self-destruction – everything in this "olden days" kiss of Coraline and Mick. Just a little flash-back in their story. Mick seems to have lost any control.



6. A Kiss of an angel, Beth and Mick



7. A Stakeout kiss of hotness unmeasured, Coraline and Mick.



8. One true shower kiss, Mick and Coraline.



9. Josef and Sara, true love and happiness.



10. Josh and Beth: "I am not sure if I want to be doing this" on one side and "You make me forget everything" on the other.

I can't get over Josef and Sara and I hope so much that their story will not be dropped. I hope Sara will awake one day. As asolitaryraven said : their kiss seemed to be a reference to "Sleeping Beauty" and this gives me hope.

the whole Mick and Josh thing looked like she had to keep looking at him so she thought about him during the kiss.

She was so uncomfortable but at the same time so consciously deciding to go along with it. I guess the love moment with Josh will give her some good memories (when her hurt is healed).

I may be Josef-posessive, but I believe he really loves Sara, and not just because he lost her so suddenly, either; I also believe I meant Beth and Josh for the forced kiss.

Well, it will either give her good memories or a tremendous feeling of guilt because she wasn't in the relationship fully. That isn't to say she's not grieving, she TOTALLY is...

Oh yes - she definitely blames herself and this is why she is so angry with Mick. She loves Mick and she wanted to be with him instead of Josh and now Mick is alive and Josh not..

Hehe, I know you knew but I saw you having quoted by entry and I realize my brain had gone fuzzy when I wrote things.

The one about the whole MIck and Beth thing, really, is that while it is obvious to the watchers AND to themselves... Mick didn't jump on the first chance he got with Beth; he is letting her grieve and will be there for her while she does so.

Mick IMHO is such a woobie - he really doesn't think himself worthy of Beth and doesn't believe she can like him. Which is kind of silly as she kissed him first.. :D And I think he has the baggage of "I am her guardian". The man has too many tortures in his tortured soul!

No, he doesn't think himself worthy - particularly because he has such a savior vibe to him; the kissing him first thing than be easily ignored, because even if he gets all schoolgirl giggly over it... he probably thinks she was just being grateful. Even though she did it a second time, and didn't freak out on him after finding out he'd been watching out for her all these years (which, however sweet the intentions, is STILL kind of creepy).

Another thing is that he hurt Coraline, so maybe he thinks he might eventually turn her (forced to, wants to, whatever the reason) and hurt her the same way?

Agree with this too - he is definitely of "I am a person that brings the worst to the people I like/love" type. Gosh, the guy has so many hang-ups he really need someone to help him . ** volunteers **
