Happy birthday
amandioka!!!! I wish you everything you wish for - happiness, joy and love!!
Spiderman 3
My friend's son dragged us to watch Spiderman 3 on Tuesday. What to say? For me some of it was good and some not so good but I definitely grudge my 8f. I had to take Sasha because Mr.Alexander was on his working trip. I think she enjoyed it the most among us four even though she got misty-eyed at some parts. . When Harry died she gone very quiet, shed a tear and said "Remember our cat Chester? He died too! I am missing him so much". I gave her a hug. But after the film Sasha said she loved it.
For me few things were unexplainable, even considering that it is an adaptation of a graphic novel:
1. "Dark" Peter Parker as a lady-magnet???? What? That dirty-haired, creepy unattractive person?
2. Sand-man 's creation. What? They are having some dangerous physics equipment out in the hole in the field without any considerable protection so every passer-by can fall into it and become Sand-man?
Some things were sooooooooo good :
1. Back alien goo! It is coming to eat your brain!!
2. Eddie Brock as a creature full of teeth and attitude!
3.The most rocking of all was smiley Harry Osborn! Seriously! So very lovely! I don't blame Mary Jane even a slightest bit!
And some things were just not for me:
1. Tobey Maguire plays "Light" Peter Parker as immature too-sweet-to-stomach guy ** sigh **
The bright sport of the film was Harry Osborn. Yep, the name Harry seems to be a winning one recently. A short Fridely pcikspam of James Franco is below, in the honour of
amandioka. (I hope you like him :D)

Date: 2007-05-18 07:25 pm (UTC)To be honest I did too. :D I was trying to be all parent-like and hide it :D. I didn't like him so much in "Spiderman" 1 and 2..And as soon as I saw him getting burned I thought "he is going to die!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

Did they just mean that he received some kid of magical magnetism from the black goo that it made him attractive REGARDLESS? It was strange.
And EEEEEEE! YOUR ICON!! (Where is it from?)

Date: 2007-05-18 08:31 pm (UTC)Harry was a light in the tunnel in such a weird movie. I love James Franco SO much, I think I fell in love with him since the first Spidey, but I would have kissed him, too, just like MJ, in this one. Did they actually need to make him die just after his renewed friendship with Peter? Maybe. But maybe not, and it broke my heart in two. I cried like a teenager, Luca couldn't believe it :D
great pics! *flirty*
ps: while I was commenting here, I found out you commented on my Spidey-Franco ranting :D

Date: 2007-05-19 07:40 pm (UTC)LOL! I also thought that Harry looked attractive even burned. In a manner of "The Phantom of the Opera"

I must say that as soon as Hurry was burned I knew he is marked to die. There were no way they were going to keep Harry alive and mutilated.. :(I liked their friendship too but I also thought that his death was unnecessary. Like if his death was needed to untie all the knots!! But the knots between Peter, Harry and Mary Jane were already untied!!
I am so sorry I didn't comment earlier - I try not to read the posts of others when I want to post about something. Otherwise I forget what I want to say. Sorry!!!

Date: 2007-05-23 10:20 am (UTC)I'm not obsessive either but I get very excited for them. I guess since I was big Bloom fan. :) I like Johnny too since he's a lot of fun as Captain Jack Sparrow. I'm really excited to see Chow Yung Fat in it! :D
Thanks! :) You're an Arashi fan too? OMPH @ your icon! Young Takki=<3

Date: 2007-05-23 10:41 pm (UTC)I like Johnny the most, he is just so funny and witty! I like Orlando Bloom but he unfortunately had some less then excellent roles (but I loved him as Legolas). But Chow Yung Fat!! INDEEEEEED!!!
Though I like my Korean boys I think Takki (and Takeshi) are probably the most beautiful men in Asian entertainment. :D
