Oh, I forgot about that. I have just re-read AGOT but I am shaky on other books. Typical of Cat to believe it, though.
If there IS a season 3. And if he doesn't keep getting "let's make him even worse than he is in the books" treatment that he got on the first season.
I keep reading everywhere how good the show did ratings-wise. The ratings were going up and up as opposed to Broadwalk Empire where the ratings were going down (here you can see the acticle : http://tvbythenumbers.zap2it.com/2011/06/19/game-of-thrones-ratings-season-one/95990/). So I am very optimistic for many seasons ahead.
