Hubs is the one wanting to watch, not knowing a thing and I'm keeping it from him till ep5 that this is an adaptation. He's marveling at the very nice plotting and the abundance of characterization in his fishbowl. This is not sth to be missed on TV these days.
Yes, those interrupting scenes are more jarring as I'm more invested, it does take away fr very nice flow of the narrative! I'm just a bit more bothered by the Littlefinger pouring heart scene coz he intrigued me the most being the most murky and I thought with the most brains. I'm still holding out hope I can forget about this blimp and he goes on and show me more of his conniving smarts.
