This was another awesome episode.



Dae Gil is knocked out by the Big Mountain Boss. Tae Ha steps in , saying "Is it the way of greeting here ?" to which the Big Mountain Boss says "Having s big sword doesn't make you a good fighter". I LOVE Dae Jil's smile here - he knows what is coming



Tae Ha , of course, displays his fighting prowess. He is awesome. Just at the moment when the Big Mountain Boss' face is about to come in a contact with Tae Ha's fist, Dae Gil steps in:





Dae Gil meets his guys, a very emotional re-union ensures (with goup hugs). Tae Ha can't help it - he thinks of HIS guys:





I like this Chinese guy. Where have I seen him before?

This scene was AMAZING, heartbreaking and heartmelting at the same time. I think I will turn prematurely gray at the end of this drama. THEY BELONG TOGETHER but THEY ARE APART.The way HE looks at HER as if the whole world is HER. And she has these HUGE TEARS in her eyes. (I am so sorry for the overuse of uppercase).And she wanted to talk to him but then SH appeared!

Tae Ha needs to go and do some reconnaissance, he asks Dae Gil to look after Un Nyun and the Prince. They talk for a long time, Dae Gil is as talkative as ever (I would kill for the translation). The end of the conversation:
Dae Gil: slave-yangban (I am so pleased, I deciphered this myself)
Tae Ha: ?
Da Gil: Why didn't you kill me?
TH: I've never once killed one of our citizens (from hjkomo on soompi).
This stops Dae Gil from saying anything else.

I will pray to all known drama gods that TH will survive. But it looks like they won't be together for a long, long time. But drama, if TH dies I might die too. D:

Oh, and the scene with DG and UN made my heart hurt. He really would be happy just to be able to see her every day but he's trying to be good...

It hurt to watch. I forgave him everything already: his words, his treatment of Sh, everything. And they both are so pretty!!! (It is the first time since the abs got covered by the winter clothing that I find him attractive).

I don't mind a long separation and even suffering but they simply must be together at the end. TH so deserves happiness - he's had such awful things happen to him and yet he remained such a quintessentially good person. Please, drama powers, please!

She way she was talking to the slave ladies in the Mountain hiding place? And made TH come to terms that other people will be grabbing the Prince? But then was firmly protecting the baby when needed. She is such an awesome mother. And she loves them both:

Mee too. Only it is rare in my case - I am rarely up earlier than Mr. Alexander.

but here - Mr. TH is a bit of a sleepy head! (Well, he deserves a bit of a rets after all that torture and running around in the woodes).

I so love that The Little Prince has taken to them as his parents, you can see it in the way the boy acts. They both have to live, for the baby's sake.

No wonder poor TH is exhausted - I agree. I loved how quiet and happy she was. It was all so uncomplicated - a rare moment in this drama.

I am usually up earlier than Mr Mousie and sometimes I bring the baby over to the bed and then it's really fun to watch them sleep together. Heeeeee.

It is a different case in our family, I think the reverse situations used to happen more often, especially when my daughter was tiny I liked to take her to bed at aroud 5 in a morning, she would feed and would snooze. :D

Yes. The thing is, I can appreciate the beauty and the pain of DG/UN but despite my love I cannot imagine them functioning as an everyday couple, with all of life's little joys and normalcies and exchanges. I think DG is too damaged, really.

UN and TH are compatible even in their temperament - quietly stubborn, a little reserved, very kind.

Re: baby. Yes, I usually get up when she wakes up because I know I can take a nap later but my husband is an anti-napper so if he got up early he'd just be tired all day.

yes, at some point, I thought the story with DG's character moving towards the enlightment , but I jsut don't see any time for this (unless they jumble everything in one ep or have a "light bulb" switch in DG's head). There is NO TIME. Like imogene said on soompi, it might be just one happy day for Dg and UN.

Hee There were so many great moments in this episode - I wish could post them all, cap by cap.

I have decided to brace myself and be strong. Whatever happens, TH has been a fabulous character that made me happy every moment I saw him on screen. This will never change, even if he dies at the end. Let's trust the creators that the ending will be good - the drama has been so great so far!
