Internet troubles

+ My Broadband is all pear-shaped – I apologise so much, I will not be able to use Internet until Tuesday and will not be able answer your posts (engineer is coming on Monday). O no!!! I am feeling very deprived! I am using my dearest's dial-up connection now - kiaforrest !!

+ It is very strange - Broadband connection just has became VERY slow.. It took me 3 hours on a phone with the customer service guys (2 in one day) and some fiddling in between with connecting and disconnecting my dearest's laptop to persuade them that this is "not something with my computer"

+ Hee! First Customer Service guy almost persuaded me that this is because of the SpyWare. I was going to re-format everything. I am glad I don't have to just yet.

+ I have acquired new USB Hard-Disk drive! I must be a geek – this makes me very happy, even with the Broadband troubles and all.

+ England won their first match in the World Cup. High Drama – first (and only) goal was scored within 2 minutes, and then- TWO yellow cards! England’s game falling to pieces is the middle of the match! And finally –referee stepped on the hand of the injured Joe Cole. Hee!

+ Argentina vs Costa d'Ivore - I am in love with Costa d'Ivore!!! And Argentina is a great team and could go very far!!

+ Trinidad and Tobago - 10 guys against Sweden - that was fantastic!
