Bae Yong Joon has cut his hair!!!!!!!!!! And Barefoot Youth

Oh noes!!!! or OR YES!!!!!?, lovely spectacle-wearing Bae Yong Joon has had a haircut and he is not wearing a pony tail anymore, as you can see on the pictures below. He is photographing Korea's first lady here (she must be a fan).





This must be a good time for his new drama, I think. I hadn't heard any news of any new projects for him so I turned to the golden oldies , namely his first drama "Barefooted Youth". He plays a bad boy who becomes policeman and falls in love with a daughter of a big prosecutor in Seoul. Putting aside BAD FASHIONS of 90s Korea, this sounds like my thing, with plenty of hurt/comfort and angst:

I think it was about time to cut it, but I won't object to him doing another historical drama and growing it again. :D

He seems to be looking better now than 15 years ago - I wish I was the same. :D

I haven't started "Did we really love yet", but I am going to on Christmas hols. I am surprised that "Barefoot Youth" is so good. You can feel that this is an old drama and the subs are not so good, but the story is great. I won't be surprised they will remake it one day.
