I would imagine. :D Too many cars, too little space. Sometimes I see the fairness of it but on the other hand, the public transport here is quite bad. They should make it better if they want people to use less cars. For example, in Moscow the public transport is much much more efficient. But they still manage to have the biggest traffic jams I have ever seen.
I will eventually realise my biking plans. For some reason I think of you as a bike-rider..
