I feel like i am going to bore everybody to death soon with my sentiments for "A Game of Thrones" and everybody will be saying – we wish you never opened the book, but :

I was going to go to sleep early, and then i thought - "i will read a little" - and:

HOUND: I know he killed the butcher boy and i know he is dead ugly, but him telling story about how his BROTHER burned his face to silly Sansa just made me widely awake, and - i changed my mind and i want silly Sansa grow wiser and cruel Hound grow nicer and them drive together into sunset. Of course i had to read some spoilers again, and there was something between them (and that must be what [livejournal.com profile] queenofthorns was hinting at) - BUT - did he die? Did they actually kiss? And where (book, page, chapter )? O, please somebody tell me EVERYTHING!!!!!!!! And - why my heart seems to be going after ugly cruel killers nowdays?

Still no much of Jaime, but i like his picture anyway. His face - i like how much expression for a "book illustration" it has and all the iconmaking yesterday made me feel slightly haunted by it and his hair - o i have a thing for the way his hair goes. But - does all this slight nonsense talking means i SHOULD go to bed?

Hee! I am totally not going to tell you any more about Sansa and Sandor, but yes, I was alluding to err, some stuff that happens between them later on. Stop reading the spoilers, you bad lady :p Hee hee!

all the iconmaking yesterday made me feel slightly haunted by it

I have loved Jaime lo these many years, and it was truly awesome to see this picture because I feel like the artist really captured how I see him in my head (too bad he did such a bad one, IMO, of Cersei :() But really, this one is perfect, and I love the one of him sitting on the throne as well, although you can't quite see his face there.

I am totally not going to tell you any more about Sansa and Sandor I will beg, if i must - i will make you some icons (anything)!!!!. Pleeeeeeeesaaaaaaaase!I just didn't understand two things while reading spoilers:
1). Sansa in the page 609 of "A Feast for Crows" remembers a kiss and says that song thing "He took a song and a kiss, an left me nothing but a bloody cloak", but when i found a "song" scene, there didn't seem to be any kisses. I am confused - a kiss, no kiss, kiss at some other time?

2). Did he die or not! I just NEED to know to get myself prepared, and read in peace!
I will be good!

You are very bad and I should not be enabling you with spoilers :p

There's no kiss, even though Sansa remembers one; and really you must read the scene with the song in context because it is so, so wonderful ...

2). Did he die or not! I just NEED to know to get myself prepared, and read in peace!

It is ambiguous, but after reading A Feast for Crows VERY carefully, I do not believe that Sandor is dead.

** sends kisses ** I am forever grateful!

It is pretty much what i thought, but i wasn't sure..

and really you must read the scene with the song in context because it is so, so wonderful ... O, it was one of the most heartbreaking scenes i have ever read! Truly! O, why i am like that - i know that what i like would be a BAD literature, but - i would like Sansa/Sandor to have sex scene afterwards.. Why??

There's no kiss, even though Sansa remembers one That must be some dream/prophecy ..

And – did you mean Brienne as one of your favourite characters I haven’t met? I am SO prepared to like her, as you see! Joan of Ark!

Hee! Well, she's very young so I'm glad that didn't happen; but you should know that Martin was the executive producer for a show called "Beauty and the Beast" and that is a recurring theme in these books - Tyrion and his girlfriends; Sansa and Sandor; and Jaime and someone ... (And Jaime has possibly THE most romantic moment for me in the entire series with this someone else about midway through book 3 ;) It is totally awesome and I LOVE that scene and if you are being bad and reading ahead THAT is what you should read ahead too, but actually you should not read ahead to ANYTHING. ;))

And – did you mean Brienne as one of your favourite characters I haven’t met?

Yes! She is just fabulous - and really heartbreaking and I love her as much, though in a very different way, as I love Jaime.

Dear me! This book, Rome and all the Mr Tumnus Love, I really think that my life is missing large amounts of texture based on these 3 gaps. :) I'm going to have to rectify the situation soon!

They really are heartbreaking, aren't they? Even things that don't seem so awful at first but really are - on the other hand, they are completely wonderful. And you haven't even MET one of MY favorite characters yet ;)

I'm with Qot: No more spoilers for you, young lady. *g* Just read and discover. I will say that I, too, felt my heart break over the ruination of Sandor by his own (completely vile) brother.

I, too, felt my heart break over the ruination of Sandor by his own (completely vile) brother.

You know, i hated Sandor so much at first, and then suddenly this conversation about the burned face. It must be a "motherly" thing for me - same as with Bran i just see my little girl in this situation, she still is really a baby at 6, and think what i would feel if somebody did these things to her .. **sigh**
