I have finally caught up on Battlestar Galactica episodes yesterday. OMPH! How little I need to love this show to bits again! Lee and his awesome purple-maroon shirt? And many other good developments that involve Lee, Lee Lee! Isn't it all coming along a very great way this season?

Damn. I was supposed to catch up last night (just got my hands on the latest eps) but I opted for reading and recovery from Tue night an early night sleeping instead. We could've had a good discussion!

I generally hate the idea of Lee-not-a-pilot-or-military. I think they went about it all wrong, although I grudgingly accept they wanted to shake up the status quo. (I feel similarly about Dawn's introduction in Buffy to change up the group dynamic; doesn't mean I was any happier about the character.)

But that purple shirt is awesome. Are those jeans he's wearing? How do they manage to manufacture denim? Unless they were packed away for years while he was in uniform...

I like the idea about Lee in politics. It doesn't seem to be forced in any way, but rather proceeding from as far as the pilot. Lee always WANTED to leave the military, he was about to resign when the Colonies were destroyed. And Lee has very strong political ideas and convictions.

Are those jeans he's wearing? How do they manage to manufacture denim? Unless they were packed away for years while he was in uniform...

These are the trousers from the Stripy suit of democracy. I don't know how they manage to produce things. May be they have big sewing machines or something.
