Since the end of “Rome” and hiatus of “Battlestar Galactica” is on I am feeling a good-serial-deprivation. I even have finished watching “Alias 2” which numbed my intelligence buds a little bit, though Michael Vartan has absolutely exemplary chin and altogether is a joy to behold.
I have been looking for something serial-like to watch in order to set my evenings right and there are few options of reasonable price:
1. Buffy season 2 ( But I am not sure I like Angel’s facial features)
2. Firefly (a favourite at the moment)
3. Farscape
4. Complete collection of “Lord of the Rings”. This is not a serial in a sense, but long, and is very close second
I am in dilemma and indecision! WOuld love an advise!

Date: 2005-12-09 01:57 pm (UTC)You have excellent choices. Farscape is about one of my most favorite things in the world, so I'd put it at the top of my list, but Buffy S2 and Firefly are also pretty amazing. Lord of the Rings trilogy is always perfect for any occasion, but because the films came out in December for three years in a row, I always associate them now with winter and the holidays. Let us know what you decide on.
