"House of the flying daggers" icons

The film is very beautiful. During the chat with ginger001 and koalathebear I just felt an urge to make some icons from “House of the flying daggers”. Icon thing is quickly becoming my obsession; when I watch anything I keep getting this thoughts – “o, this scene will look good on the icon”. Weird.

They are really lovely!!! Good work. I am awful and I haven't written the tutorials I promised. I just need a moment to take a look back at them and write all down... I am so behind stuff. Sorry.
Just today I saw some images of Takeshi Kaneshiro in Perhaps Love and he looks so handsome!!!! Will give you the link ;)

Thank you (you are veru kind)! Please don't worry !!!!!!11 ;);) But, i would love to know how did you make your icons so transparent ( like the one on your comment), and how do you get this colour effects?
Would love a link? DO you think it is his own hair so long?

I'm a bit confused? Who's hair? Takuya's or Takeshi? I do know Takuya has had it quite long several times, last one not very long ago. Takeshi, I think he has worn it long but not as long as Takuya... don't know if you were referring to this :S
