Oh, I think he would have killed Niobe, but he would have regretted it for the rest of his life and it probably would have destroyed him pscychologically
I always thought that he was going to kill the boy, but may be that he would have stopped once he grabbed him or something. But we will never know, I can see that a passionate man like him could have done it easily. Again, I am not sure on Roman religion stance here ( I mean with the killing of unfaithful wife).
You don't get the previews, but from the ones we saw, Vorena the Elder is very unforgiving of her father - remember that the children, I think, still believe that their father killed their mother
Oh, I can imagine this!!! I think little children probably understand less, but she is sure to blame him. But I don't actually blame him here, as I said, I really think that he was going to kill the boy and not Niobe.
