You know, sometimes it happens that the first season was really good but the second season doesn't work anymore? It was like that with Battlestar Galactica for me. Also the death of Caesar changed many things, as queenofthorns said in a way everyone was reacting on what Caesar did/said. But I can see now that Octavian/Mark Antony are really moving forward. (Sorry for muddled thoughts - I am going to sleep NOW).
And thank you for the rec to you post!! I have seen it, but I left it proper perusal for tomorrow. Yep, I had a "Rome" fever today. :D
