This is interesting! What do they serve? (I am so curious about all things tea, sorry!)
No apologies! I adore all things tea-related too; we'll have to have an LJ tea party (http://elspethsheir.livejournal.com/35121.html) again, obviously. (I hosted one in the Fall and Winter, but I skipped Spring, so perhaps Summer. Yes.)
They do an afternoon tea with four different kinds of sandwiches - cucumber, smoked salmon, egg and watercress, and - I can't remember! It was probably a beef or pork filling, which I don't eat. And then it would be followed by little fruit tarts - usually lemon and strawberry, sometimes lime. Then the scones with clotted cream and jam. And, of course, tea! So good. It was relatively inexpensive last time I was there, but that was many years ago, I blush to admit.
