I think it should get better in the book 2 and 3, and I definitely love the series. The main problem I have is the writer's "character" - I can not believe that her statement ""had never heard of that book until [her] book was turned in,". I can't believe no-one (her editor, publisher, agent, friend, ect.) noticed the similarities.
I saw the trailer and I think the actress might be fine, but the fact that katniss is described as Hispanic (or native American) and the actress is white will always be there.
