The poor love XD He must be like a lion in a cage XD or maybe he's eaten by guilt and remorse and think it's his punishment? Anyway, all his "There is no true knight" make me think that, in the end, he will turn out to be/become a true knight. And yes, his stay at the monastery and the wisdom of the Elder brother will play a part in it. He'll leave the monastery to save sansa and kill his brother... But, s the prophecy says, sansa is the Maid with the purple serpents in her hair and she will slay the Giant aka Gregor... So I guess, Sandor & Gregor will fight, Sandor will be close to loose but Sansa will save him XD (in her castle of snow... Winterfell?)
And YES for Jaime/Brienne/Cersei... But i'm afraid this will end badly... Most likely Cersei being jealous of Brienne and poisoning her (or send Gregor to kill her?). This will end Jaime's love for his sister and... he'll kill her? (another prophecy, I think...)
