I'm spoiled for one more death which I think will happen in the next episode and one which will probably happen next season and that's it. I hadn't been spoiled for Viserys's death and while it didn't entirely shock me that they killed him off, the way he went out was spectacular in a very creepy way. Of course, I hated the bastard so I probably enjoyed that one a bit more than I should have.
I don't think any character in GOT qualifies as the main one.
That's the feeling I got watching the show. But like you said, SB is the most popular of the bunch so people will naturally assume he's the lead.
