No, this is near the end once he and SHK get back together after he put her through hell. (You may have issues with her but she definitely did not deserve what happened which was BRUTAL, though I don't blame him for acting the way he did either *trying to be vague here so as not to spoil too much* The reconciliation scene is my favorite shippy scene ever though.)
