I have been doing overtime work during the weekend (from home). He-he! Even my mouse gave in, I had to order a new one.

True blood continues to be the trashiest show I have ever seen. That thing with Sookie's brother was totally disgusting. I don't remember all this in the books. In fact I don't remember many other things too. I wish Alan Bell just followed the books, without trying to be too clever with all that "vampires as persecuted minority" nonsense.

But still - ERIC AND PAM!!!!!!!!! So beyond awesome.

I had that mad icon-making urge I get sometimes. Icons are free to share.

Me too! I have a thing for furs, it must be the upbringing.

If you was't so adverse to vampire shows I would totally say this show is meant for you. (and it is not all about trashiness, there are some genuinely good female characters :D)

Oh, wow, this show. These caps resulted in me having a few Twin Peaks flashbacks. It must be the red background. Not that similar imagery wasn't used before Twin Peaks or anything. It was just the first thing that popped in my head!

For me this scene in Fangtasia brought back the memories of every vampire film of 80s.

As hot as the blond vampire is, it irks me that he's letting his lady-friend stand while he's lounging in his furry throne. :P What can I say, I like my vampires gentlemenly. ;)

He is a viking and vikings stand for no woman. :D He is also her sire and in these series the relationship is very strong. It doesn't matter what gender the sire is - he/she are always some kind of master for the "child".

Jason's pretty much a minor character (ie: minor irritant) in the books. His entire reason for being in the show seems to be so HBO can point out ad infinitum that they're cable and they can show lots of sex, unlike the networks. It is most emphatically not a plus.
