And he looked so sweet and vulnerable in episode 6 when he was worried that Ogata looked down on him because he was lower-status and lower-income than she is! They're really well-suited to each other in many ways, I don't feel like the relationship is forced at all, because they're both very egalitarian in their approach to other people and certainly to each other.
