I agree about the actions! Also I am still confused sometimes which of the blond hair vampire guys is which, even thought they look a lot more different in the anime.
Death Note" is supposed to be amazing too. I really like the art of "Code Geass" myself - it's not super stylized except in the faces, but it's very bright and colorful.
I'll try to look up both "Death Note" and "Geass". I am about to finish "Blood +" (I need to write about this anime, it has become very good after the first half)
I have watched (and so far liked them all!): Trinity Blood Ayashi no Ceres Blood+ Wolf's Rain (I am half-through with this)
I have also started "Trigun" at some point but had a very bad copy. I need to get back to it, may be after I finish "Blood +"

Oh, no! It isn't mine! It is a painting by Dante Gabriel Rossetti, La Pia de' Tolomei. I just adapted it slightly.
Sadly, I don't have any background in art. I am (and have always been :D) a geeky computer programmer. :D
