Wiliam Ficthner is a great character actor, he frequently plays off-center or creepy roles, but his characters are almost always incredibly intelligent
He definitely is intelligent - some actors just have a face that draws you in. I wonder how the actors do it - or is it a part of actor's actual personality?
I don't know if it was the writing or her acting but I never felt like Veronica clicked. I usually like Robin Tunney, she was great in the pilot to House, MD but she never made me really feel for the character that much.
Same here - I like this actress very much and she is very beautiful and I usually adore "women fighting for justice" characters, but I never warmed up to Veronica too much. I thought they had a bit of chemistry with Nick, but when he died, I didn't know what to think
