Oh, the way we were explained NT doesn't really counter out each other at all:
N is about the way your tend to think. the example being that N people tend to think in big concepts, not really looking into detail much.
T is about the way you make decisions: Ts are people who often first look for logical decisions (overlooking the people factor) .
And I is not about being "judgemental", it is about being "organised" person. The terminology is confusing, but none the less this is what we were told..
