it is definitely very interesting! In our place, these aren't meant to measure job performance - it was a team-building exercise meant to make us think that not everyone does the things the way the other person thinks, and also to take away any "guilt" connected to any of the types. I always knew I am a "last minute" person and have always viewed this as a bit of a shortcoming, even though my performance is usually quite high. It was nice to be told that nothing is really wrong with this type of a personality, that there are some advantages, for example, I handle stress really quite well.
