TPTB will tell you about Kyung-soo/Tae-sub's first meeting kinda late, but at first they're just really, really close friends who would like to get closer. Meaning, they're in love, but tae-sub is still torn. And yes, they will have a sexual relationship and slakdjsaldjasd You don't get to see any action (sorry), but as I said, tptb made it as explicit as they could imho.
