OB/Gyn is a pretty good one as well. If you can stomach all that hospital stuff. Plenty of operations etc. There's even one whole episode dedicated to fighting blood loss. But is has a solid cast and I liked all of them. The romance is a slow and rather understated one but I liked how it played out. Btw.
