I love the way they show that even in that day and age women played big role, and the way they portray is realistically. take me right, I like women-warriors as much as any other person, but because my brain can't stand logical improbabilities, I always feel uneasy when I see a slight slim lady easily beating a muscular man (as we often get in lady-warrior cases). For me, to win a muscular man a woman has a considerable amount of muscles herself (have ever seen lady boxers? or disk-throwers? - they do not look like actresses).
I'm angry with him, too. The (rightful) queen is so awesome. But it's also fascinating how Lady Jang changed. She was so kind in the beginning, but now she really freaks me out. Kudos to the actress, she does a fabulous job.
the actress does morally ambiguous roles of "villain with human face" amazingly well. She was the same in "Temptation of an angel".
