I think I might have another reason... from the first ep, when they were both at the dead girl's funeral, when Mick's in the car, and Beth puts her hand on his to stop him... he has this complete look of, "OMG she's touching me!!!!" on his face.
EEEEEEE! I love this – I was going to put this one in, actually (great minds think alike, he-he!) but there were so many other ones too that I mainly limited this post for more recent things from the last episode and around.. This was a GREAT moment – it always startles Mick when Beth touches him.
IMO the best moment was last week, with the sun and the balcony and the crying. I'm just sitting there going, OH MY GOD!!!!
I was crying, but I was crying some time ago (the BATH SCENE!) too . :D
I maintain that Coraline is evil and Mick should kill her for real this time. Or maybe Beth should. That would be interesting. Albeit unlikely.
I think she is very manipulative and she is very possessive of Mick. But I hope it will not be him who will have to kill her. I don't wish this burden on him again. I just wish he found out that Morgan is Coraline SOON!
And this has nothing to do with anything else, but I like your banner picture there at the top and the little poem on the side (Alexandra Leaving?)
The header is from Dante Gabriel Rossetti, La Pia de' Tolomei. I love this painting! "Alexandra Leaving" is the song by Leonard Cohen but he translated it from Cavafy's poem "The God Abandons Anthony". I love both - Constantinos P. Cavafy is amazing!
